My educational journey, professional expertise, and personal life insights are intricately interlaced with my therapeutic method. I stand firm in my belief of every person's inherent uniqueness, worth, dignity, and capacity to overcome adversity. • Grief, Loss, and Major Life Transitions Supporting you through the pain and complexity of loss—whether related to death, relationships, health changes, or major life shifts. Our work helps you find meaning, integration, and renewed direction at your own pace.

• Burnout and Compassion Fatigue Helping professionals, caregivers, and helpers restore balance by addressing emotional exhaustion, boundary challenges, and the loss of personal fulfillment that can follow prolonged stress or caregiving roles.

• Boundaries and Healthy Relationships Learning to set compassionate, confident boundaries and to cultivate relationships grounded in respect, authenticity, and emotional safety.

• MVA Trauma Therapy Addressing anxiety and fear related to driving, PTSD symptoms such as flashbacks and nightmares, and associated depression, panic, and chronic pain. Sessions focus on nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and rebuilding confidence behind the wheel.

• Solution-Focused, Goal-Directed Therapy Rooted in a strengths-based, collaborative approach, this short-term therapy focuses on identifying practical steps and achievable goals that create meaningful change. We’ll work together to uncover what’s already working, amplify your inner resources, and develop clear, actionable strategies for progress—one small success at a time.
